No. Keystone offers hoop and A-frame configurations. Fabric buildings are not limited to the rounded hoop shape many people associate with this type of construction.

Possible foundation options include grade beams, ballast blocks, shipping containers, wood posts, concrete piers and poured concrete. The appropriate foundation depends on the building design and site.

Fabric buildings can be engineered for the snow and wind loads at the project site. The building design should use the specific location and exposure rather than one rating for every Pennsylvania project.

Cost depends on the location, site conditions, building width and length, foundation, finishes and accessories. A project-specific quote is more useful than a single price per square foot.

We primarily sell and install Britespan tension fabric structures, with options for agricultural, commercial, municipal, equestrian, and recreational use.

Projects up to 20,000 square feet typically take 8–15 weeks from signing the contract to completion. Larger projects may take 15–20 weeks. The timeline depends on the size and complexity of your building.

We offer standard clear-span widths from 20 to 200 feet, with custom designs available for spans greater than 200 feet. Clear-span buildings provide an open interior without support columns.

Britespan’s standard 12.5-ounce HDPE fabric comes with a 20-year warranty, and its 13.5-ounce Elite HDPE fabric comes with a 25-year warranty. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and application. Replacement cover warranties are usually no more than 20 years.
